Reminder: Before & After School Care Available for 2026-2027 - Register Now

Dear Steger School District 194 Families,

As we prepare for the start of the 2026-2027 school year, we would like to remind families that District 194 is partnering with Ivy League Kids to provide an onsite option for before and after-school care programming for students attending Steger Primary Center, Steger Intermediate Center and Columbia Central.

Ivy League Kids offers a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for students in grades K-8, with activities that include STEM exploration, arts and crafts, sports and recreation, homework assistance, character building, and more.

The program will be offered on-site at SPC and SIC, with:

• Before-school care beginning at 6:30 a.m.

• After-school care available until 6:00 p.m.

• Flexible scheduling options ranging from one to five days per week

• Morning-only, afternoon-only, full-service, and drop-in care options available

Families who may qualify for financial assistance can also apply through the Illinois Action for Children Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), which Ivy League Kids accepts.
